God called Mark & Michelle to begin the ministry of "The Fix" in September of 1996. You can hear them every morning from 6am till 10am on the "Morning Fix". They're always good for a silly joke, secret sound, things that make you go hmm or any manner of craziness. But, their main focus is to encourage and strengthen believers and non-believers alike, and let them know that serving God is a blast!

Heath Butler Weekday's - 2:00pm - 6:00pm
Heath graduated from the University of North Alabama with a degree in Radio/TV/Film in 2001. After a brief time at the Fix, Heath felt the call to full time ministry. For almost 5 years he has been leading worship and speaking to thousands all over the United States and other parts of the world. As God is changing his ministry, He has allowed Heath the opportunity to get plugged back in to the Fix. While continuing to lead worship and speak, he is also excited to entertain the Tennessee Valley every afternoon from 2-6pm. Find out more about Heath at www.heathbutler.com.
Casey Jones
If there is a bigger LSU fan on the planet we don't know about it. But, Casey loves The Lord much, much more. Casey is the real deal, growing up in New Orleans made for a spicey upbringing. James Dancer
Monday through Friday Nights from 6pm-12am and Sunday Praise
James Dancer has been involved with The Fix ministry for over 10 years. He grew up in Haleyville, AL and remembers listening to the likes of David Michael and Mike West during the early years of The Fix when he was a teenager. James is married to Heather Dancer from Phil Campbell and they have 3 children named Lydia, Isabella, & Preston. With a background serving in 3 different churches as a Youth Pastor, James brings his experiences to hosting The Fix Nightime Monday through Friday nights from 6pm-12am and Sunday Praise from 6am -9am
Useless facts about James: Favorite foods are Pizza and Grilled Chicken Nachos Favorite TV shows include Duck Dynasty and pretty much anything sports related…Especially college football. Hobbies are playing Golf and traveling with his family.
Richard Parker
Richard Parker has been a youth minister for over 33 years, the past 23 years at FBC in Russellville, AL. Richard serves as a special projects editor and staff writer for Youth Ministry 360. Richard wrote ym360's "REACH: A 6 Lesson Study on the Book of Psalms," pens all of the Youth Worker BOOSTs, and has written many of ym360's free lessons, devotions, and blog posts. Richard has been a fixture in Christian Radio for over 30 years and we love when he drops by the Fix Morning Show from time to time. He and his wife Amy have two daughters, Lauren and Leah, and one granddaughter.
